GSASG was established in Albany, Western Australia April, 2023. We secured our incorporation status in September 2024.

We are the only peer led adoptee support group outside the Perth metro area.

GSASG is currently the only incorporated adoptee peer led support group in Western Australia.

We are a non-profit, member-based organisation which relies on adoptee volunteers to support their peers, provide post adoption information and advocacy with stakeholders and government to reform processes and legislation.

Our core goal is to build a connected community of adopted people across Western Australian and beyond

We rely on membership, donations and funding grants to achieve our objectives.
